Welcome to MojaFit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MojaFit website, mobile experience, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

MojaFit is a marketplace that connects clients with independent fitness trainers across Kenya, South Africa, and other markets we add over time. MojaFit is a platform — we do not employ trainers and we do not provide medical, dietary, or fitness advice ourselves.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Bookings and payments

When you book a session you enter into a direct agreement with the trainer for the services they provide. MojaFit collects payments on the trainer's behalf and may deduct platform fees and applicable taxes before payout. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies are set by the individual trainer and shown at booking time.

5. Trainer obligations

You must hold and maintain the certifications you list on your profile.
You are solely responsible for the safety and quality of your sessions.
You must comply with all local laws, including tax and licensing rules.

6. Health disclaimer

Exercise carries risk of injury. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new fitness programme. MojaFit and its trainers are not liable for injuries arising from the inherent risks of exercise.

7. Acceptable use

No harassment, hate speech, or harmful behaviour toward other users.
No fraud, fake reviews, or attempts to bypass platform fees.
No uploading content you do not have rights to.

8. Intellectual property

MojaFit and its logos are our trademarks. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant MojaFit a worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MojaFit disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-product notice before they take effect.
