This Privacy Policy explains how MojaFit ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our marketplace.

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, password (hashed), country, role.
Profile data: for trainers — bio, certifications, specialties, photos, pricing, location.
Booking data: sessions you book, attendance, reviews you leave.
Payment data: processed by our payment partners — we never store full card numbers.
Usage data: device, browser, IP address, and basic activity logs to keep the service safe.

2. How we use it

To create your account and operate bookings and payments.
To match clients with relevant trainers.
To send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, receipts, password resets).
To detect fraud and abuse.
To improve the product — usually with aggregated, non-identifying data.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party advertising inside MojaFit.

3. Sharing

With trainers you book: they see your name, contact details, and any notes you share.
With service providers: hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics — all under contract.
For legal reasons: when required by law or to protect our users.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your country, and understand how the product is used. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

5. Your rights

Access, correct, or delete your personal data from your dashboard or by emailing us.
Export the data you've put into MojaFit.
Withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud prevention obligations.

7. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped access, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

MojaFit is not intended for children under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will notify you in advance.
